We are pleased to announce that the Harris County Sheriff’s Office has once again elected to have BestCare EMS provide emergency ambulance transportation to its inmates and staff.  We have been working with the jail system to provide emergency and non-emergency medical ambulance transportation since 2003.   

Working with a private ambulance company versus the City Fire Department/EMS lowers the cost by 50%.  Saving tax dollars, while providing exceptional service to our community, is directly related to the BestCare Commitment.
